Multidisciplinary case conference items for complex neurodevelopmental disorders and eligible disabilities

This page provides information on changes to Medicare Benefit Schedule (MBS) multidisciplinary case conference items for complex neurodevelopmental disorders and eligible disabilities from 1 March 2024.

From 1 March 2024, the patient age eligibility of multidisciplinary case conference items 82001, 82002 and 82003 will be increased from under 13 years to under 25 years.

This change aligns the age eligibility requirements for all complex neurodevelopmental disorder and eligible disability MBS services.
